Models configuration

Devices models (printers and MFPs) configuration help system allows you to parameter each of them, and to define datas you wish to collect and supervise.

Informations recording

Finally, all informations managed by Optis Collect are sent to you in a standardized way, directly by e-mail. This one contains a synthesis table in HTML format and a complete CSV file.

Data sending

Optis Collect proceeds then to the listing of informations contained on the machines web pages. Once standardized and analyzed, all these data are shown in Optis interface
